Any or all of these in combination are great reasons for the formation of small groups. Currently, Wesley United Methodist Church has the following groups: (check the calendar for meeting times)

  • Women’s Wednesday Study Group

    Women's Study Group meets on Wednesday mornings at 7:30 a.m. in the Church Library from April through November. They read and study a variety of Christian books. All women are welcome.

  • Women's Bible Study

    Tuesday, mornings at 9:00a. The study group meets throughout the year from 9:00 until 11:00a in the church parlor. If you are interested in joining, contact Nancy Marlow at the church or e-mail her.

  • Men's Friday Morning Prayer/Study Group

    Meets at 7:00a on Fridays in the parlor. Led by Lowell Gillespie.

  • Caregivers Support Group

    A confidential support group for those of us caring for others. We meet once each month, on the fourth Tuesday, at 6:30p. 

  • Widows Dinner Group

    Women who have experienced this loss, gather to share food and fellowship, the 2nd Thursday of each month.

  • Widows Chat

    Our chat group is for those women who want an opportunity to meet and share with other widows in a private, relaxed, supportive manner.  We meet the 3rd Thursday of most months (check the church calendar or call the office, 345-3917), room 129, 6:00 p.m.  Please come by and join us.
